Today, we employ around 300 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to make a difference.
 

The Role

As a Key Account Manager at Truesec, you will be responsible for new business acquisitions and managing relationships with enterprise clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth through exceptional service and strategic account management.

What you will do: 

• Initiate and drive new business acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major Enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with Truesec’s services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives and cybersecurity needs.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Truesec’s products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
• Monitor and report on account performance, client satisfaction, and market trends. 
• Prepare and present regular account reviews and reports to both clients and Truesec’s management.
• Handle any client issues or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.

Your Potential Background

Too succeed in this role, we believe that you 

• Bring extensive experience from the cybersecurity industry.
• Have 5–10 years of proven success as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, ideally within the cybersecurity sector.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong connections with clients and stakeholders.
• Possess a proactive, results-oriented attitude and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Excel in organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Have a track record of building and maintaining long-term, trusted client relationships.
• Tackles challenges with a solution-driven mindset and remains composed under pressure.
• Are proficient in CRM tools (preferably Hubspot) and skilled in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exhibit business-level fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both Swedish and English.


Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
