Today, we employ around 300+ employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a People Business Partner who wants to make a difference.

The Role

As an People Business Partner, you will actively partner with our leaders, gaining a deep understanding of our organization to effectively drive impact across our business. You will provide coaching and support to leaders on key people management activities, such as performance management, organizational development, employee engagement, well-being, learning and development, and more.

In your role, you will work on both operational and strategic tasks and play a key role in leading the development and implementation of People & Culture initiatives and processes, within areas such as compensation and benefits, employer branding, job architecture, employee engagement and performance management.

We are a fast-growing organization striving to elevate our People & Culture function to enable the company’s continous growth within Northern Europe. You will be part of our People & Culture team of eight employees located in a great office in central Stockholm.

Your Ideal Background

We believe you hold a relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 5 to 10 years of broad HR experience, including at least five years in an HR Business Partner role. You preferably have experience in the following areas:

• Partnering with senior managers to provide guidance and support on both strategic and operational people matters.
• Working in a mid-sized tech company, where you have led the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes.
• Operating in an international environment, with a focus on Sweden and/or countries within Northern Europe.

Ideally, you have experience working in a company bound by collective bargaining agreements and been focued on maintaining good labor relations, while participating in negotiations and collaborative forums.

You thrive in a fast-paced growth environment, where you actively take the initiative to drive progress. You have a collaborative approach and is interested in helping and coaching others to grow.

Due to the sensitivity of our work, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit. Our everyday work is in both Swedish and English.
