Today, we employ around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Strategic Advisor who wants to make a difference in our Cyber Strategy & Transformation team.

Cyber Strategy & Transformation

Within Cyber Strategy & Transformation we systematically help our clients build effective strategic cyber security journeys to a suitable target state. This through designing prioritised strategic roadmaps based on the threat landscape and the client´s business, including legal & regulatory landscape and current cyber security capabilities as well as current and necessary spend. Based on the roadmap we support the CISO/CSO, Management Teams and Board of directors on the journey, optimally through formal transformation programs, updating their cyber game with the necessary cyber capabilities. On top of this we can augment the clients´existing operating models with the experience and skills necessary for the shaping and building and to the extent necessary as part of the programs.

We bring a truly holistic approach covering the threat dimension, business dimension and capability dimension and we know how to communicate complex matters related to cyber security and cyber risk with the C-suite. We dedicate ourselves to secure digital business transformation for a modern digital world. Our strategic cyber advisors have backgrounds in military intelligence operations, strategic cyber advisory practice, IT governance, cyber assurance and overall GRC implementation. We support C-Suite decision makers in Management Teams and Boards of Directors in shaping decisions based on experience and actionable insights. With decades of industry experience and business risk insights we support our clients´ to achieve their business strategies and objectives. Many of our advisors have been CSOs/CISOs previously in their careers and have good understanding of the expectations on C-Suite stakeholders when it comes to cyber security.

The Roles

As a Senior Advisor you have broad knowledge and experience of cyber security and is a subject matter expert in several relevant cyber security domains. Further you have good knowledge about the enterprise context and experience from working with C-Suite stakeholders. You also have the ability to translate client needs to sales opportunities to deliver upon.

You will:

• provide strategic cyber advice and insights
• act as Engagement Manager in relation to client engagements
• be part of the sales process as an advisor to the client and the account team
• holistically design cyber capabilities and support the client in the implementation

Your Background

You have relevant experience working in the industry, including big four, professional services firms or in a C-Suite position. You have a good orientation in the cyber threat, business, and cyber capability dimensions.

Required Skills:

• You are a skilled communicator both verbally and written
• You have broad knowledge and experience of cyber security and is a subject matter expert in several relevant cyber security domains
• You have knowledge and experience of security principles, cyber security frameworks and standards [NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001/2, CIS, CSA CCM etc.] and risk management practice
• You have knowledge and experience of applicable cyber security and data privacy regulations [NIS2, DORA, GDPR etc.] and compliance management
• You are fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and written

Bonus Skills:

• You have experience from strategy & transformation work, including strategy & policy, program and project management and capability design & architetcure
• You have relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF
• You have knowledge and experience of IT governance and ITSM [COBIT, ITIL]
• You are fluent in Swedish both verbally and written

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
