Today, we employ around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Data Security Specialist who wants to create advanced security solutions in our Secure Infrastructure Domain.
Secure Infrastructure
Looking at the actual threat landscape today, it’s more important than ever to design and build infrastructure solutions that incorporate correct and relevant security features. The team works closely together using their combined knowledge and experience gathered from different projects and Incident Response cases to help our customers stay ahead of the threat actors. We continuously help customers improve their security posture within cloud, data center, endpoint management, identity, M365, networking and now Data Security.
The Role
As the digital landscape continues to evolve, we see data security emerging as the next critical business area within cybersecurity. With the exponential growth of sensitive data being generated, shared, and stored across cloud platforms, organizations face unprecedented challenges in protecting their most valuable asset: information.
As a Data Security Specialist, you will lead our efforts in data governance, information protection, and data loss prevention. Your work will be instrumental in safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will take ownership of configuring and managing Microsoft Purview, building data security baselines, and deploying policies to protect critical assets. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation, making you a key driver in our data security efforts.
Your Potential Background
- Practical expertise in configuring, managing, and optimizing Microsoft Purview for enterprise use.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and experience implementing governance frameworks.
- Direct experience with deploying and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Information Protection tools.
- Background in designing security baselines or frameworks to support AI-driven projects.
- Hands-on skills in configuring and troubleshooting security tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, or similar data protection regulations.
- Proven ability to identify risks, assess vulnerabilities, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Purview, including configuration, data classification, data lineage, and metadata management.
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, including policy enforcement, incident investigation, and mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in information protection tools, including encryption, rights management, and data labeling solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data security frameworks and ability to develop security baselines for AI-driven projects.
- Technical acumen for implementing and troubleshooting data security systems.
Bonus Skills
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
- Experience conducting training sessions and workshops to educate employees on data security best practices.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their unique security challenges.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and integrating security into workflows.
Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish/Danish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish/Danish work permit.
