Today, we employ around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Global Head of Offensive Security who wants to make a difference in our Offensive Security Team.

Offensive Security 

Our offensive team works proactively, helping organizations and companies protect themselves against cyber breaches by identifying vulnerabilities before they are exploited. Our devoted team members work closely together, utilizing their combined knowledge and experience to successfully perform assignments such as penetration tests, security assessments, and red team engagements. 

The Role

As the Global Head of Offensive Security, you will lead and develop our Offensive Security team, ensuring we stay ahead in the fight against cybercrime. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing strategic customer relations, including negotiations and contracting.
• Coaching and supporting your international team of 20+ members.
• Helping the organization develop processes and routines for quality control and continued growth.
• Grow your business area in the countries following the global growth of Truesec group.
• Being a sounding board for both consultants and customers.
• Collaborating with recruiters to find grow the ranks of expert-level members for your team.
• Working with Business Development to create new services and offerings for our customers.
• Maintaining structure with deals, agreements, and procurement.

Your Potential Background

We believe you have a background that includes extensive experience in offensive security and leadership from senior positions. Preferably, you have experience from a similar role within cybersecurity or at minimum within a technical IT organization.

Required Skills:

• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in cybersecurity or similar areas.
• A good knowledge of tools, techniques, and methodologies used in offensive security.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.

Bonus Skills: 

• Extensive experience in penetration testing and red teaming.
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, or similar.
• Experience in public speaking or thought leadership in cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with defensive security measures and incident response.
• Experience in growth journeys, with entrepreneurial traits being a big plus.
